Before Doors
- Program published and matches admin order
- Judges can open scoring for the first session
- Public visibility flags match the current stage
- Ticketing/check-in staff have a fallback list
During The Event
- Identify the blast radius (one judge, one session, whole public site).
- Fix the smallest thing first (re-assign judge, re-publish program, toggle visibility).
- Communicate once through the Communication Hub (or backup channel).
- Log what changed for post-event review.
Escalate
Include competition name, time, who is affected, and what you already tried.
