Payment Setup
Connect Stripe so your studio can charge families in-app.
Connect Your Studio
- Open Payment Setup (
/studio/billing). - Click Connect with Stripe to start onboarding.
- Complete business details in Stripe until the account shows ready to charge.
After Connect
- Families can save a card on file when you send them a save-card or portal link.
- You can post tuition and fees from Customer Payments.
- Prefer in-app payment history and actions over jumping into the Stripe Dashboard for day-to-day work.
- Balance & Deposits on this page shows available and pending balance, last payout, and next deposit (or your automatic payout schedule). Customer Payments shows a compact available / next-deposit strip. Change bank, tax, or identity details in Stripe.
