Build Session Blocks

1. Create time windows with a venue and judges.
2. Avoid overlapping the same venue or judge pair.

Place Routines

1. Move routines from the unscheduled pool into sessions.
2. Order by production flow, then re-check timing.
3. Use Reschedule No-Shows when a routine needs a new slot.

Publish

1. Publish the program when it is ready.
2. Spot-check the public page for names, studios, and order.
3. Export CSV for backup or MC tables if needed.
