Before Scoring Starts
- Confirm each scoring judge has an assignment for this event.
- Confirm judges can open Assigned Events and the live session.
- Finalize scoring settings (no last-minute rubric surprises).
During The Session
- Judges save draft marks and notes as routines perform.
- Watch Live Scoring for stuck or missing entries.
- Finalize only when assigned routines are complete.
Corrections
Use admin override tools only when needed, and note why you changed a finalized score.
