Account And Sign-In

Create An Account

1. Open Sign up from the marketing site or login page.
2. Use the email you want for invites and receipts.
3. Complete your name and basic profile.
4. Check the box confirming you are 18 or older (or the parent or guardian of the dancers on the account) and agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy. This box is required.
5. Optionally check Send me product news if you want SmartScore Pro tips and updates. You can change this later.

When our Terms or Privacy Policy change, you see a banner at the bottom of the app asking you to review and click I Agree.

Sign In

1. Go to Login.
2. Enter your email and password.
3. After sign-in you land on a dashboard that routes you to your workspace (Studio, Organizer, Judge, Family, or Teacher).

Profile

Open Profile from the app footer or account menu to update your name, contact details, or password.

The Privacy tab lets you download your data, request account deletion, and turn product news emails on or off. See Your Privacy And Data.
