Import From Another System
Move roster, guardians, classes, and enrollments from Jackrabbit, iClassPro, or DanceStudio-Pro.
Open Import
- Go to Import Data (
/studio/import). - Choose where you are coming from.
Export From Your Old System
- Jackrabbit: Students → Student Reports → Student Detail Report. Include names, birth date, classes, and parent emails. Download CSV or Excel.
- iClassPro: Reports → Student List (STU-1). Export CSV (UTF-8).
- DanceStudio-Pro: Settings → Backup (.xlsx) or your student CSV export.
Upload And Review
- Drop the file on the import page (no column renaming needed).
- Review dancers, guardians, classes, and enrollments.
- Fix red errors. Amber warnings may include estimated birth dates or placeholder schedules.
- Confirm import, then invite families when prompted.
Optional Routines
Routines are optional during migration. Add them later under Routines, or use the advanced template workbook on the import page.
