Classes
- Open Classes.
- Create a class with style, level, and schedule.
- Assign a season when tuition should follow that window.
- Enroll dancers from the class page.
Room Scheduler
Use Classes → Scheduler (or your studio’s scheduler entry) to avoid double-booking rooms.
Calendar
Calendar shows studio activity. Use it to spot conflicts before families see wrong times.
Checklist
- Every class that bills tuition has the correct season
- Room assignments do not overlap
- Enrollments match the intended roster
