Embed Registration On Your Website

Families can fill out your registration form without leaving your own website. You do not need a SmartScore public site. Submissions show up under Registration Requests.

Set Up The Form

1. Open Studio Settings (/studio/settings) and scroll to Website Registration Form. You can also click Add Form To Your Website on Registration Requests.
2. Turn on Accept Registrations From My Website.
3. Under Allowed Websites, enter your site address (for example https://yourstudio.com) and click Add. Add every address families use. https://yourstudio.com and https://www.yourstudio.com count as different sites.
4. Optionally pick Registration Seasons to limit which classes families can choose. Leave them all unchecked to offer every active class.
5. Click Save website registration.

Paste The Code

1. In Website Registration Form, choose a Form Size: Small, Medium, or Large.
2. Choose a Form Theme: Light or Dark. Pick the option that matches your website background.
3. Click Copy next to Embed Code.
4. Paste the code into your website where the form should appear. Most site builders have an "HTML" or "Embed code" block.
5. Publish your site and open the page to test it.

The transparent form grows and shrinks to fit the page and includes a small Powered by SmartScore Pro footer. Families do not need a SmartScore account to submit. They can search a stable class list, select classes, expand selected class details such as schedule, dates, teachers, tuition, and fees, and identify the dancer as a New Student or Returning Student.

Pause Registration

Turn off Accept Registrations From My Website and save. The form on your site shows a closed message until you turn it back on.

After Families Submit

Review and approve requests from Registration Requests. See People And Registration.
